The room was big, with a private bathroom. The place had a family atmosphere.

We enjoyed a comfortable stay in a superior double room equipped with multi-channel television, a cozy seating area, and a handy study table.

We enjoied very much the quality of the food.

My booking plan was done on a family suite (apartament). When we arrived we were suprised to realize that there was available only a double room. All the family siute were fully booked. We just got a discount on the rate booked when I asked for clarification at the reception. Very bad.

Clean, comfortable and large rooms. SPA area and swimming pool nice, comfortable but the water in swimming pool cold and saunas were turned off 10-15 minutes before indicated closing time.

During the dinner very long time to be served (serve of courses) taking into account that there were a few waiters in the restaurant. Sometimes the impression that the lack of interest from the waiters what one could expects from a four star hotel. Problem with wi-fi - very offen working very slowly or not at all.

We had an amazing time at this hotel! The location was perfect, with stunning views and plenty of things to do for both adults and kids. The staff were incredibly friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. The room we stayed in was absolutely wonderful, with two floors and a skylight over the bed. It had everything we could ask for and more.

Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The coffee breaks in the lounge after skiing and the friendly and competent staff.

Fabulous staff, well-groomed ski runs, convenient shuttlebus service, interesting Kinderzimmer for kids, wonderful breakfast and dinner.

The breakfast had great options to choose from including different types of bread, fruits, and yogurts. The view from the room was amazing. Also, the location was perfect since it was close to many attractions and easy to get around.

The decor of the rooms was outdated and could use some revamping. The drinks offered at breakfast could have been more diverse, for example, with fresh juices.

Great location and excellent ski resort. the staff was friendly and welcoming. Xmas dinner was fantastic, and the lobby area was cozy and inviting. We also enjoyed having access to the pool, which was perfect for our kids.

The room was outdated, and the sofa bed was uncomfortable. the central air system made adjusting the temperature difficult, and we had to keep the window open to get some fresh air.
